Step 1
Download the merchant App
and log in with the credentials obtained during the contract subscription, which will be provided by our agent or communicated via email if you have joined online by filling out the form available here.

Step 2
Scan the Customer's Card
once scanned, you can enter the amount spent. The system automatically deducts the credit from the card and loads any cashback for the Customer. If there are discount vouchers, they will be validated in the App. For example: cashback earned by the Customer thanks to their stay € 90, they spend € 120, pay only 30 euros, and on those 30 euros, they earn a % of cashback, for instance € 2. All calculated automatically. We take care of compensations and paying you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How Often Do I Receive the Balances Due?
Reporting occurs by the 15th of each month (or the first available Monday) and, with it, the settlement of balances (credit to your IBAN of the amounts you have collected) and billing for system commissions, which will be invoiced + VAT and fully deductible.
What Costs Will I Incur if I Join StayPlus?
You won't have any fixed costs! You'll only pay a variable commission on sales that will be agreed upon with our local agents on a case-by-case basis. In essence, if you don't use our Merchant App... you don't pay anything!
Do I Need to Purchase Anything to Make StayPlus Work?
No! All you need is your Android or Apple phone. Download the app from the respective marketplace, scan the card, enter the amount spent, and... done! The system will calculate everything you need, with complete transparency and security.
Can You Help Me Learn how to Use the App?
Our local agents will show you everything on site. You will also have access to our video guides, which will always be available to you. Besides, it's so simple that you won't need help.
