I am Giacomo Ermes
My name is Giacomo Ermes, I'm 18 years old and I'm passionate about tourism and technology. After graduating from the Hotel Management Institute, I started working in a hotel where every day I put into practice what I love most: welcoming people and making them live an authentic experience. I study at the University of Brunico to deepen my knowledge of the world of tourism and digital innovation, because I believe that the future of hospitality lies in the ability to combine human warmth and technological tools. I like to experiment, learn, and contribute to projects that make tourism more modern, sustainable, and close to people — just like StayPlus, where I can transform my passion into a concrete idea for change.

I put all my energy into StayPlus because I truly believe in tourism that generates value for the territory and for people. To realize this vision, I relied on a technological partner based in Milan, who believed in my idea and fully sponsored its realization, enthusiastically supporting the project of a young South Tyrolean entrepreneur.
